Referral Program

For each existing member (regular or Personal Training client) who provides us with a referral we will produce one ballot to be submitted on a draw for a Carnival Cruise for Two (flight the responsibility of the recipient of the Cruise) which will be drawn quarterly!

For each member whose referral has purchased a 12 or 24 PT package the referring member will receive a $25.00 Crabby Joe’s Tap & Grill gift certificate. For packages of 36 sessions and over, the referring member will automatically be presented with the Cruise for Two! All referring members will be entitled only to one of the Cruise packages.
